Motivational Days out with the BMW M30

Our exciting new venture gives your company the opportunity to team build or motivate your employees by offering them the chance to visit a National Race Circuit, be a passenger in a BMW M3 raced by Mark Capewell of JMCmotorsport and develop their lateral and strategic thinking skills.

The attendees will be split into two teams and whilst one team is in the suite the other is taken round the track to add an element of fun and risk to the day.  The teams then change places. We present one team with an award for the most practical and workable idea of the day.  Activities will vary from role play, strategic planning and relationship building skills. If there are any particular areas you wish to be covered these can be incorporated into the day.

All delegates will receive a polo shirt, photo of the day, information pack and a certificate.  Lunch and all refreshments are included.

If Mallory Park is chosen there is the opportunity to have sole use of the track for higher numbers, which can really make the day extra special.

The package will cost £2800.00 + VAT for 6 to 12 people, higher numbers can be accommodated upon request
